Step 1.

To inquire about one of our accommodations, please email us at croccondos@gmail.com to check availability.

You will be promised a response in less than 24 hours by experienced staff that are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Step 2.

To reserve one of our accommodations, please pay the $100 refundable security deposit via PayPal or major credit card.

Step 3.

Travel to Playa del Carmen via bus, plane, or boat.

Playa del Carmen is located on the coast of the Riviera Maya with excellent transportation options to move freely exploring the area.

Arrival

All guests will receive check-in information via email with a gate code to access the property. Let us know that you received the information.  Please save the gate code for easy arrival.
Arriving from Cancun Airport:

ADO charter buses travel between Cancun airport and Playa del Carmen bus terminal from 7 am - 7pm.
Once in Playa, we recommend you take a taxi to the address listed below.

​After 7pm, we recommend a taxi from the airport to Croc Condos for your safety.
